Rich has led many plant and company turnarounds. He has empowered work forces, and changed cultures to achieve significant results within their operations. Rich has a proven ability to develop a strategic business plan for organizations with lean manufacturing techniques. Rich is an US Army Veteran, with a degree in Business Management.
